After dinner, you gather once again with your group for a final evening connection. Back at Casa Alternavida, you enjoy a delicious lunch and some much-needed rest before embarking on an afternoon of self-exploration and celebration. Led by expert facilitators, you and your fellow adventurers dive deep into your shadow selves, uncovering hidden strengths and learning to embrace all aspects of your story.

After dinner, you make your way up to the rooftop once again, this time for a dance party under the stars. During this morning, two women excitedly make their way over to Jenna, our resident photographer, for the one-on-one photo session to capture the essence of their journey on film. You witness yourself in awe as you pose confidently, empowered by the transformative experiences we have shared together.

After the photoshoot, we gather for a nourishing breakfast, filling our bellies with wholesome food that sustains us for the day ahead. Our next adventure takes us back to the rainforest, where we immerse ourselves in the lush, verdant landscape. We allow the natural world to guide us, as we move, breathe and play.

As we return to Casa Alternavida for lunch and rest, you can feel the transformative power of the day's experiences settling within you. In the afternoon, we explore our primal animal bodies, unleashing our raw, authentic selves and experiencing the freedom that comes with shedding societal expectations.

As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, we make our way to the beach for a fire ceremony. We honor the parts of ourselves that we wish to release, casting them into the flames as we symbolically birth ourselves anew.

As we gather for dinner together, you feel a deep sense of connection and community with the women who have shared this journey with you. You can feel the changes within yourself, empowered and ready to embrace all that life has to offer.

As the sun rises over Casa Alternavida, the group slowly emerges from their rooms and makes their way to the rooftop for our morning yoga practice. The sound of the ocean in the distance provides a peaceful backdrop as we move our bodies and breathe deeply.

Again, on this morning, two women are photographed by Jenna during their one-on-one photo shoot, capturing the beauty and power of their bodies. After the photo shoot, everyone gathers together for a nourishing breakfast before embarking on our next adventure.

This time, we are headed back to the rainforest for a unique experience - exploring the art that can be created in nature. The group wanders through the lush jungle, gathering materials like leaves, flowers, and stones to create their masterpieces. It is a truly meditative and transformative experience, connecting you even more deeply with the natural world around you.

After returning to Casa Alternavida for lunch and rest, we reconvene in the afternoon to explore our feminine bodies through art. With paint and paper, we expressed ourselves freely and creatively, tapping into our innermost desires and passions.

As the sun began to set, we gathered once again for dinner, savoring the delicious food and sharing stories from our day. But the evening is far from over - there is a special treat in store. In a playful and sensual experience, they explore our bodies and senses, letting go of any inhibitions and fully embracing the pleasure of the moment.

As the night came to a close, we all retired to their rooms, feeling grateful for the experiences of the day and looking forward to the integration of the next day.

Today is a special day as two more women are photographed by Jenna in their one-on-one session. After movement and photos, you join the group for a delicious breakfast, fueling up for the next adventure. The group sets out to the ocean for a transformative experience of surrender. You immerse yourself in the salty water, feeling the waves wash away any negative emotions or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. You let go of your worries and fears and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment.

Returning to Casa Alternavida for lunch and rest, you feel nourished and restored. In the afternoon, we dive deeper into your personal REVEAL story, discovering new insights and perspectives. As the sun sets, our group gathers on the rooftop for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, connecting with one another and the universe.

The evening is filled with laughter, tears, and heartfelt conversations, as the group reflects on the powerful experiences shared throughout the retreat. We enjoy a delicious dinner together, savoring the flavors and celebrating the bonds we have created. After dinner, there is time for connection, as you share hugs, contact information, and promises to stay in touch.

On our final morning together, we convene for our sacred closing celebration ceremony, where you share your gratitude and reflections on the transformative journey we have experienced together. You feel a sense of connection and belonging, knowing that you have witnessed each other's growth and supported one another to embody the joy of living WILDLY Alive. We indulge in a YUMMY brunch, sharing stories and laughs, and celebrating the end of an unforgettable retreat.

Then you will have your private one-on-one REVEAL with Jenna, where she shares with you the heART of you through your photographs. You will be supported moving through your critical mind and into the embrace of just how powerful & beautiful you are!

Once all women have been REVEALED we will complete our time together with one final celebration on zoom where you will have a chance to share your favorite photo and remember the journey of you awakening to you!
