Reset Getaway
We believe in the transformative power of the Reset Getaway, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If, at the end of your Reset Getaway, you don't feel appreciation and gratitude for your experience, we will gladly refund 50% of your investment (does not include the non-refundable deposit of $1,500).
Please Note:
Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your Reset Getaway dates, a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required.
No Exceptions: We are a small business, and our policy applies without exceptions for any reason.
Late Arrival or Early Departure: There is no refund or discount for arriving late or leaving early.
Cancellation or Date Transfer: If you need to cancel or transfer dates, please submit your request in writing per the refund policy below.
Refund Policy
- 45-30 days prior to retreat: 35% refund or 50% credit towards a future Getaway.
- Less than 30 days: 0% refund or 25% credit towards a future Getaway.
Exclusion of Processing Fees: Please note that the refund does not include any credit card processing fees incurred during the purchase. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds as a Privilege: We consider refunds as a privilege, not a right. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, granted at the discretion of the Lovelight Way team when genuine value has not been received or circumstances beyond your control prevent it.

We stand behind this Lovelight Wholeness Program and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
Attendance and Participation: To be eligible for a refund, you must have attended and actively participated in the first two coaching sessions of the program. This ensures that you have given the program a fair chance and have experienced the initial teachings and guidance.
Genuine Effort: You must demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to implement the training and strategies provided in the program but have been unsuccessful in achieving any of the promised results. This can be shown through documented evidence of your attempts to apply the teachings.
Deduction for 1-on-1 Sessions: If you have completed any 1-on-1 sessions with Leah Lovelight Michael, a deduction of $500 per session will be applied to the refund amount. This is to account for the personalized time and guidance provided during those sessions.
